• N&H Logistics will observe the Lunar New Year 2025 holiday for 9 days, from Saturday, January 25, 2025 (which is the 26th day of the 12th Lunar month) until the end of Sunday, February 2, 2025 (which is the 5th day of the Lunar New Year).

Warehousing Operations:

• The Warehousing Operations will be off for 6 days, from Sunday, January 26, 2025 (which is the 27th day of the 12th Lunar month) until the end of Saturday, February 1, 2025 (which is the 4th day of the Lunar New Year).

2. Working hours after the Lunar New Year holiday

• The Office Department will resume work on Monday, February 3, 2025 (which is the 6th day of the Lunar New Year).
• The Warehousing Operations will resume operations on Sunday, February 2, 2025 (which is the 5th day of the Lunar New Year).

3. Important Notes During the Lunar New Year Holiday

During the period leading up to the Lunar New Year 2025, N&H Logistics will still maintain some important operations to support customers:

• The N&H Logistics warehouse will continue normal import and export operations until 12:00 PM on January 26, 2025. In the afternoon of the same day, the warehouse will still accept incoming goods but will process them after the holiday.
• Goods handover operations will continue until the end of January 26, 2025, ensuring no disruption to customers' workflow.

4. Reconciliation Schedule: Schedule for sending reconciliation reports and issuing operational cost invoices for January 2025.

• The reconciliation report for operational fees will be sent no later than February 7, 2025. Invoices will be issued within 5 days from the date the reconciliation report is sent.
• Customers are required to review and respond within the next 5 business days. Any service fee adjustments will be offset in the following month.
• Payment terms will follow the contract provisions and will be calculated from the date the invoice is issued.
